As the general contractor, we first create the highest level of trust and integrity with our clients.

General consulting allows OWT to engage with the client/architect/engineer to prepare the design of the entire project. Upon design completion, the project scope is then quoted up with the desired gearing to achieve the needs of the client, producing a build that functions seamlessly. The capabilities of the window gearing are matched to mechanical/architectural specifications which are priced up in the most economical solution.

Our responsibilities when serving as the General Consultant include:

• Providing expert knowledge at the design/concept stage of ideal window gearing solutions.
• Providing all materials, labor, services and warranty.
• Negotiating with various trade and specialty contractors
• Continuous communication between all parties to ensure transparency throughout the build.
